Truly and deeply all over the world, dating can be very complicated but at the same time the best thing that can ever happen to a man or a woman.
In the same vein it can get so embarrassing for some men and women. I went to cover an event and met a lady, we sat next to each other, we got talking and, it became so personal while we moved to the relationship segment, which is very important for we women.
She got teary as how she met a guy online and decided to hook up in a restaurant. They had not seen each other properly, he had started asking stupid questions. Why is a beautiful lady like you not married? You are 32, what are you waiting for? She said she felt the ground should open and swallow her... the final straw was when she said she graduated from University of Ibadan, he asked her to bring the certificate so he can be sure the next date. She stood up angrily and poured the coke he bought for her on his body..wow, I was speechless!
Another one is a friends' friend, who was dying to date a particular lady in his office, she finally agreed, only for her to bring 5 of her female friends to come and join in their date and they ordered all sorts of food. In the process, the shock made him urinate on his body, he escaped through the back door and left her to pay for herself and her friends. On Monday at the office, she made life hell for him but he stood his ground and told her to her face, I had a date with you not your friends.. The lady ended up resigning.
I have so many receipts on so many drama on how people have had encounters with horrible people on a date.
My advice, take vex money when you are going on any date, and please investigate who you are going to meet. If it's someone you don't know, meet in an open relationship, in case of a deadly Game being payed, and to avoid stories that touch the heart.
